  • How To Register

      NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY

    • Click the register link at the top of the page.
    • Once on the Register page, complete all the fields and click the 'Create Account' button at the bottom of the page.
    • All fields marked * must be filled in.
    • If you are an existing Xpres customer you can simply activate your account to order online, see below.
    • Our website bills in GBP.
    • If you wish to pay in euros please contact our export team on +44 (0) 1332 85 50 85.


  • Existing Customers

      ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ONLINE ORDERING

    • If you’re an existing Xpres customer, it’s easy to activate your online account.
    • Simply click here, enter your email address and click the 'Activate' button.
    • A message will pop up to confirm your account has been successfully activated.


  • How To Log In

    • Click the Log In link at the top of the page.
    • Enter your email address and password and click the ‘Login’ button.
    • If you can’t remember your password enter your email address in the 'Forgotten your password' section and click the 'Request' button. You will receive a new password by email to enable you to log in.


  • How To Place An Order

    • Browse the wide range of products available from the Xpres website and find an item you would like to purchase. Click on that product image or title to be taken to the product page.
    • Choose the colour/size, if applicable.
    • Click the 'Add to Basket' button.
    • Wherever you are on the Xpres website, you can add items to your basket in the same way.
    • You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the 'Checkout' button at the top right of the page.
    • You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time from the 'Shopping Basket' page
    • To proceed to checkout on the basket page click the 'Checkout now' button.


  • How To Checkout

    • From the basket page, click 'Checkout Now'.
    • If you have added items to your basket, but have not logged in or previously registered, you will be prompted to do so at this stage.
    • On the next page you will be able to select your delivery address and choose a delivery method. To add a new address click the 'Add delivery address' button. This will open a new page, enter your details and click the 'Add new address' button. You will then return to the checkout process and be able to select your new delivery address. A summary of your order appears at the bottom of the page. Click 'continue checkout'.
    • Wherever you are on the Xpres website, you can add items to your basket in the same way.
    • Customers that require standard UK mainland delivery should enter their card details, agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘continue checkout’. If you have selected non-standard UK mainland delivery, click to agree to the terms and conditions and click continue checkout. A member of our customer service team will then call you to advise the total charge including delivery and take full payment.
    • A final confirmation screen displays full details of your order. If you are happy to proceed click 'place order'.
    • Congratulations you have successfully placed your order!


  • VAT

    • Prices displayed on our website are all excluding VAT.  Customers in other EU countries will have to pay VAT until they can demonstrate that they have a valid VAT registration number.
