We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Xpres. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are not accompanied by a copy of our Returns Authorisation Note. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Subject to our Terms and Conditions, once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

Faulty Items

We offer a six month warranty on all non machinery items. Please refer to paragraph 8 of our Terms and Conditions for full details. Items returned under warranty should be received in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or credit note and full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. If immediate replacements are required we will invoice you for these goods.

Epson & Ricoh printer returns policy:

Please note the following terms which apply to all customers wishing to return a printer or full Sublimation System to Xpres for inspection, fault diagnosis or repair

  • Xpres are not responsible for collecting faulty printers from customers under any circumstances regardless of whether the machine is under warranty.
    • Customers returning a printer to Xpres for inspection, diagnosis or repair must make their own arrangements for collection of the machine. Xpres are not responsible for the return of customers printers under any circumstances regardless of whether the machine is under warranty. Xpres will not be responsible for returning warranty or non warranty printers under any circumstances.
    • All printers and bulk feed systems must be returned in the original packaging.
    • Ricoh sublimation printers must be returned with the cartridges and ink collection unit removed from the main printer and packaged in a sealed bag.
    • All bulk feed systems must have the original bungs secured prior to shipping.
    • Xpres are not responsible for any damages occurring during transit or caused by incorrect packaging.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receipt, subject to paragragh 10 of our Terms and Conditions. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Collections

If we arrange for our carriers to collect goods from you, the collection date and time period will be clearly stated on the returns authorisation paperwork. The consignment must be ready for collection. Failure to do so will incur a £10 charge. Please also note that we cannot trace or credit lost consignments unless you provide us with details of the carrier's consignment note.
