| Guarantee Xpres Warranty Terms And Conditions The warranty provided on ALL Xpres equipment is from each individual manufacturer. For Roland, Epson and Toyota machines please refer to the warranty details provided by the manufacturer for those machines. For all equipment below, in the first instance contact Xpres Technical Support. Epson Printers All Epson printers have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, provided by Epson. You should first contact the Xpres Technical Department who will identify the problem. If a hardware problem is found, you are refered to your local Epson service centre or the main Epson warranty line. Epson will go through diagnostics over the phone with you. When the Epson call centre has identified the problem a courier will be despatched with a replacement printer. If your Epson printer has been fitted with a bulk feed system using Sublimation inks or Sublimation cartridges, this can affect the warranty on the printer. Epson provide a free 12 month warranty on all their printers providing their inks are used. If Epson identify at the time of repair or replacement that the printer has been used with non-genuine Epson inks, the warranty will be invalidated. Xpres Bulk Feed Systems (ALL) Bulk feed systems have a 1 year defective parts warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or ink. Contact a member of Xpres Technical Support to identify the problem. If the bulk feed cartridge is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent out individually to avoid transportation of the whole system. Roland GX-24 Roland DG provides a 2 year on-site parts and labour warranty with this machine. If a fault is diagnosed under the warranty Xpres will arrange the repair with Roland DG on your behalf. The Roland ticket number will be passed onto you once the call has been raised. At this point all further contact will be through Roland DG. Roland Metaza MPX-70 / 80 Roland DG provide a 1 year return to base (Roland) warranty which covers defective parts only. Damage to the head due to misuse of the machine is not covered. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by a member of Xpres Technical Support before being refered to Roland DG. Roland VersaCAMM SP-300V / VP300 Warranty is as above for the Metaza except the VersaCAMM is an on-site warranty for 1 year. Heat Presses (ALL - including mug press) The manufacturer provides a 1 year return to base parts and labour warranty. Mug press heating elements have a 6 month warranty. If you believe there is a fault with your heat press, first call Xpres Technical. After diagnosing the fault, a report is raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then contact you directly to arrange collection of the press. Subject to availability, the manufacturer has a small pool of loan presses. These must be requested when the manufacturer calls to arrange the repair/collection. Toyota ESP9100-NET Embroidery Machine Toyota provide a three year electronic, mechanical and electrical on-site warranty with a 12 month labour warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse of the machinery. Xpres Technical Support will talk you through the problem over the phone. Toyota engineers are also available to call directly 24/7. These numbers are usually given out at the time of installation. Crystal Print UV Machine The machine is covered by a one year return to base warranty. UV lamps and Fluorescent lamps are not covered under the warranty, as these are classed as consumable items.
