Ultragraphics®
Ultragraphics is a very versatile system, allowing the production of single colour transfers using the Xpres Cutter and full colour transfers when combined with an inkjet or sublimation printer.
The Xpres Cutter has an optical alignment system that automatically detects registration marks produced by the printer, enabling fast and accurate cutting out of designs.
Full colour transfers can be produced in Subli Flock with the sublimation printer or Ink Jet Dark with the ink jet option.
The Ink Jet Dark process is incredibly popular thanks to the superior print quality and ease of transfer application. Ink Jet Dark transfers are durable enough to be washed up to 80°C and are very cost effective to produce.

The cutter is used to cut out the contour of a full colour logo and will also produce single colour transfers.
Option 1
An inkjet printer & Ink Jet Dark transfer paper (XP3127) will produce highly detailed and durable transfers. This is the most popular Ultragraphics option.
Option 2
Using the Epson 1400 printer and Xpres Subli-Print inks, sublimation transfers can be printed and heat applied to polyester flock to produce Subli Flock transfers. These transfers have a slightly raised texture for a premium quality look.
