Our Ultragraphics system combines all the capabilities of our Xpres Cut solution with the ability to produce full colour garment transfers by the simple addition of a printer.

How to use an ultragraphics system

Printers

  • Produce transfers in Subli-Flock or Ink Jet Dark
  • Print onto nylon with Dark Jet paper
  • Durable and highly detailed results
  • Low consumable and equipment cost
  • Suitable for high resolution images

  • A breast pocket logo can be produced for approx. £0.14

Cutter - System Profile

  • Cuts transfers in: Flock, Easy Cut, Flexi Cut, Subli Flock, Super Flex, Extra Flex, Glitter, Multi Flex, Nylo Flex, Ink Jet Dark and Reflective Materials
  • Produce sponsor names and numbers for sportswear, and breast pocket logos for school, promotional and workwear. Will also produce transfers for nylon bags and jackets
  • Durable and high performing results
  • 2 year on-site warranty
  • Low capital investment (approx. £10.00 per week on a 3 year lease)
  • Cutting width 610mm
  • OPAS system automatically aligns the output for full colour Ink Jet Dark, Dark Jet, Laser Printer Dark, or Subli-Flock logos
  • Will also cut out vinyl signs

6 Printer:

Option 1

An inkjet printer & Ink Jet Dark transfer paper (XP3127) will produce highly detailed and durable transfers. This is the most popular Ultragraphics option.

Option 2

Using the Epson 1400 printer and Xpres Subli-Print inks, sublimation transfers can be printed and heat applied to polyester flock to produce Subli Flock transfers. These transfers have a slightly raised texture for a premium quality look.
