All Epson & Ricoh printers have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase provided by the manufacturer, providing genuine Epson or Ricoh brand inks have been used. You should first contact the Xpres Technical Department who will identify the problem. If a hardware problem is found, you will be referred to your local Epson or Ricoh service centre. If your printer has used Sublimation inks, this will invalidate the 12 month manufacturer warranty.

Bulk feed systems have a 1 year defective parts warranty provided by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or ink. Contact a member of Xpres Technical Support to identify the problem. If the bulk feed cartridge is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent out individually to avoid transportation of the whole system.

Roland DG provides a 2 year on-site parts and labour warranty with this machine. If a fault is diagnosed under the warranty Xpres will arrange the repair with Roland DG on your behalf. The Roland ticket number will be passed onto you once the call has been raised. At this point all further contact will be through Roland DG.

Roland DG provide a 1 year on-site warranty which covers defective parts only. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by a member of Xpres Technical Support before being referred to Roland DG.

The manufacturer provides a 1 year return to base parts and labour warranty. Mug press heating elements have a 6 month warranty. If you believe there is a fault with your heat press, first call Xpres Technical. After diagnosing the fault, a report is raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then contact you directly to arrange collection of the press. Subject to availability, the manufacturer has a small pool of loan presses. These must be requested when the manufacturer calls to arrange the repair/collection.
