With a low capital investment you can either start a new business or expand and develop an existing one by introducing this cost effective method of personalisation.

Used in conjunction with a computer and a heat press, the Xpres Cut system can produce single or multiple colour transfers in a wide variety of high performance materials.

Unlike more traditional forms of garment decoration, there are no screen or set up costs involved and the resultant transfer has superior durability. The Xpres Cut system allows you to produce transfers that can be industrially washed, dry cleaned, tumble dried and ironed, making them ideal for sports, promotional and work wear.

How it works - 3 easy steps to perfect garment decoration
How it works Xpres Cut
STEP 1 Scan or design an image using CorelDraw software. Size the image to suit and select the quantity of transfers required.

STEP 2 Position your chosen material (over 50 different colours and finishes available) inside the cutter and Xpres Cut will automatically cut out your selected transfers. Smaller pieces of material can also be used to minimise waste.

STEP 3 After weeding, position the transfer on the garment and apply using the appropriate heat press. Transfers can be applied to T-shirts, polo shirts, football shirts, caps, bags, nylon jackets and almost any other textile garment.
