Some products on our website require an enquiry form to be filled out prior to purchase. One of our sales team will then get in touch to guide you through your purchase.  

You may also need to select an option on your product, such as a certain colour or size prior to adding it to your basket.

The price will remain the same when an item is restocked unless a promotion has started or ended in the meantime.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Xpres that includes shipping information and how to track your order.  

We endeavour to process orders received by 16:30 (pallet and oversized orders by 15:00) Monday-Friday for same day despatch Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other public holidays may affect delivery times. Please allow up to 3 working days for standard delivery.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from Xpres confirming that it went through successfully. You will then receive email updates regarding the delivery process.  

If you miss your delivery, the carrier (usually DPD) will manage the next steps. This may include attempting redelivery or holding the parcel at a local depot. Please refer to the tracking information provided by DPD for further details.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or any designated safe place. If the order is still missing, contact DPD directly using your tracking details. Order cancellation depends on whether the order has already been processed. Please contact our sales team as soon as possible after placing your order to check if cancellation is still possible. 

Certain products can be added to the basket straight from the category screen however you may not see the add to cart button if the product is out of stock or requires you to select an option.

We have various methods of returning an item, depending on whether your item was damaged upon arrival, faulty, or if you changed your mind. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.  

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Xpres. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are not accompanied by a copy of our 'Returns Authorisation Note' - which you should receive via email once your return is processed. The length of time you have to return a product varies depending on your circumstances. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

It depends on the reason for the return. For items were damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours) or faulty non-machinery items confirmed under warranty, Xpres will reimburse reasonable return carriage costs. If you’ve changed your mind, returns are at your own expense. 

Once the returned goods are received at our distribution centre and processed (including any required inspection/testing), we will issue a refund to your original payment method where applicable. The exact timing can vary depending on the return type and processing requirements.

If any items were damaged in transit, your rights will be affected unless you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. 

Return eligibility depends on the product and reason for return. For example, opened ink cartridges cannot be refunded or exchanged, and change-of-mind returns must be unused and “as new”. All returns must be authorised and accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Note (RAN).
