Warranty Terms

All machines are sold on a repair and replacement basis, rather than refund, for any faults that occur.

The manufacturer provides a 1 Year parts and labour Warranty. Mug press heating elements have a 6 Month Warranty, as they are deemed to be consumable items.

    • Desktop systems i.e. Adkins Beta 15 x 20 Swing are covered by a Return to Base Manufacturer Warranty.
    • Large format systems i.e. Omega 750 are covered by an Onsite Manufacturer Warranty.

*If you are within your warranty period and believe there is a fault with your heat press, please contact Xpres Technical Support. After diagnosing the fault, a report is raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then contact you directly.

Bambi provide a 1 year return to base warranty for BB model compressors and a 2 year return to base warranty for the VT models. These warranties cover defective parts and labour.

If you are within your warranty period and believe there is a fault with your compressor, first please contact Xpres Technical Support. The Xpres technical team will aim to resolve any problem over the phone. If this cannot be achieved a fault report is raised with the manufacturer, who will then contact you directly to further diagnose and resolve any warranty problem.

Diferro Calendars DP and DM range are supplied with a 2 Year mechanical and 1 Year electrical Manufacturer Onsite Warranty.

The supplied warranty does not cover misuse, negligence or accidental damage.

If you believe there is a fault with your system, please contact Xpres Technical Support for a full diagnosis. If a repair is required, Xpres we will advise accordingly.

A 12 month return to base warranty is included as standard, unless otherwise stated at point of sale. HPD mug press elements do not have a warranty, as they are deemed to be consumable items.

Epson provide a 1 Year Warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated at point of sale. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by Xpres Technical Support before being referred to the Epson.

The warranty is invalidated if the printer has used non-genuine / third-party inks. Epson Large Format Systems must be kept in an environment where the temperature is consistent; for Operating Temperature Guidelines, refer to your printers’ User Manual.

As with the machines listed above, faults should firstly be diagnosed by Xpres Technical Support before being referred to the manufacturer.

ThermTX 44” Calendar and DTG PTM Systems are supplied with a 1 Year Manufacturer parts and labour warranty.

  • ThermTX 44” Calendar – Onsite Warranty

  • DTG PTM – Return to Base Warranty

  • DTF Cure Oven – Return to Base Warranty

    The supplied warranty does not cover misuse, negligence or accidental damage.

Kala Laminators are supplied with a 1 Year Onsite Manufacturer Warranty. If Xpres provide installation of the machine, the warranty increases to 2 years. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by Xpres Technical Support who will advise the necessary course of action.

OKI Laser Printers have a 1 Year Onsite Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase (consumable items have a 3 Month Warranty). You should first contact Xpres Technical Support who will identify the problem and refer you to your local service centre. Alternatively, you will be advised to call the main OKI warranty line who will then go through diagnostics over the phone with you.

In the rare event of hardware failure, Xpres require the original printer box should the printer need to be returned for any reason.

Mimaki supply a 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty (unless otherwise stated at point of sale) on the following machines:

    • Mimaki CJV 150 Range
    • Mimaki JV Range
    • Mimaki CG Range (1000mm cut width and above)
    • Mimaki CG FX Range
    • Mimaki UJF MKII Range
    • Mimaki JFX Range
    • Mimaki TS300P / TS500 Range
    • Mimaki TX300P Range

Mimaki supply a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty (unless otherwise stated at point of sale) on the following machines:

    • Mimaki LX Range
    • Mimaki SUV Range
    • Mimaki UV Range
    • Mimaki Sublimation Systems
    • Mimaki UCJV Range
    • Mimaki TS30 Range
    • Mimaki CG Range (610mm cut width) – Return to Base

If the printer has been set up with sublimation inks, the warranty reverts to 12 months.

If a fault is diagnosed by Xpres Technical on any Mimaki machine within its warranty period, Xpres will contact the manufacturer to arrange for the repair on your behalf.

Unless otherwise stated at point of sale, the UK Distributor (Colourgen) provides a 1 Year Onsite Warranty on Mutoh UV and Solvent Printers, and a 6 Month Warranty on Mutoh Sublimation Printers.

Damage to the print head due to misuse of the machine is not covered. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by a member of Xpres Technical Support before being referred to Colourgen.

If a fault is diagnosed within the warranty term, Xpres will arrange the repair with Colourgen on your behalf. After this point, all further contact will be through Colourgen.

Mutoh Large Format Systems must be kept in an environment where the temperature is consistent - please refer to your printers’ User Guide.

Sawgrass machines have the following warranty:

    • Sawgrass Virtuoso SG400 / SG800: 2 year warranty
    • Sawgrass VJ628: 1 year warranty

All faults should firstly be diagnosed by Xpres Technical Support before being referred to the manufacturer. In the rare event of a technical/hardware failure, Sawgrass require the printer to be returned in its original packaging should the machine need to be repaired or replaced. Damages which occur through the use of non-original packaging, may invalidate your warranty.

Roland supply a 2 Year Manufacturer parts and labour warranty (unless otherwise stated at point of sale) on the following machines:

    • Roland GS-24
    • Roland GR series

Roland supply a 1 Year Manufacturer parts and labour warranty (unless otherwise stated at point of sale) on the following machines:

    • Roland VG / SG series
    • Roland BN series
    • Roland SP / SPi series
    • Roland VS / VSi series
    • Roland XR / XT / RT / RF series
    • Roland LEF series
    • Roland EGX series (EGX-30a – Return to Base)

If a fault is diagnosed by Xpres Technical on any Roland machine within its warranty period, Xpres will contact the manufacturer to arrange for the repair on your behalf.

Royal Sovereign calendar press systems are supplied with a 1 Year Manufacturer parts and labour warranty.

The supplied warranty does not cover misuse, negligence or accidental damage.

Sefa heat presses are supplied with a 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty, covering parts and labour.

Desktop heat presses i.e. Sefa Rotex / Duplex, are covered by a 2 Year Return to Base Manufacturer Warranty, covering non-consumable parts and labour (customer liable for return costs and the use of appropriate protective packaging, if the original shipping crate is no longer available).

Large format heat presses and any other Sefa systems i.e. Sefa Subli 1510, tunnel dryers, drying cabinets are covered by a 2 Year Xpres Onsite Warranty, covering non-consumable parts and labour.

Large format heat presses sold outside of Mainland UK are covered by a 2 Year Xpres Onsite Warranty, excluding associated travelling costs (i.e, flights, ferry or similar).

If you believe there is a fault with your heat press, please contact Xpres Technical Support for a full diagnosis. If a repair is required, we will advise details of where to return the press.

Subject to availability, a loan press may be available upon request.

The Schulze pre-treatment systems come with a 12 month Return to Base Warranty, covering non-consumable parts and labour. Faults should firstly be diagnosed byXpres Technical Support who will advise the necessary course of action

Please note: Brass / stainless steel nozzles and filters are not covered by warranty, as these are deemed consumable items.

Vivid Easymount® laminators are supplied with a 1 Year Manufacturer Onsite Warranty (excluding Easymount EM880 which is Return to Base) which covers defective parts and labour. This does not cover film jams, misfeeds or other operator related errors, which would be chargeable.

Faults should firstly be diagnosed by Xpres Technical Support.
