Please note: Results may vary depending on the specific material, finish, and surface preparation. We recommend testing on a sample piece before full production, particularly with natural materials like wood and stone, as surface texture, porosity, and colour can affect final results.
Xpres provides unrivalled support for all Xpres customers. Related to VersiFlex, Xpres can support users with sublimation products as we do now; however, for other substrates, due to the vast amount of different substrate options the user has, we are not able to test and guarantee the process works with them all. Therefore, for items other than sublimation, it is advised for the user to perform their own testing.
