Xpres HPD Tumbler Mug Press
This manually operated single mug press provides great versatility and is ideal for printing polyester coated drinkware such as mugs and water bottles when using the correct mug element.
The Xpres HPD Tumbler Mug Press comes with two elements, a Large Tumbler Element (XP7621E) designed for pressing a greater surface area and the 11oz mug element (XP7069E) designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 75mm and 85mm.
Additional and replacement mug elements are available (as below) for the Xpres HPD Tumbler Mug Press to allow the pressing of different shaped drinkware and cylindrical sublimation items.
XP7069E – 9oz Element designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 65mm and 74mm
XP7069E – 11oz Element designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 75mm and 85mm
XP7069LE – 12oz Element designed to accept smaller latte shaped sublimation items
XP7069LE – 17oz Element designed to accept larger latte shaped sublimation items
XP7621E – 220 x 205mm Large Tumbler Element for pressing a greater surface area

The large element gives you the flexibility to print onto all types of cylindrical shape bottles, tumblers and mugs. Two standard 11oz mugs can be printed *simultaneously (no need to purchase a twin mug press) whilst popular XP5211 water bottles can be printed perfectly too!
The HPD press is supplied with a standard 11oz element for single mug transfers.
*The large element is not suitable for single mug transfer application. If you wish to print onto 11oz mugs in single applications, you MUST use the standard 11oz element.
*For consistent results it's suggested to press 20mm from both ends of the mug element and 5mm from both the top and bottom of the mug. Anything outside of this may be possible but will require additional customer testing*
