The Xpres HPD 5 Station Mug Press is a high quality manufactured press for high volume production that has five independently controlled heating elements that can be used to apply transfers to most polyester coated drinkware such as mugs and water bottles when using the correct mug element.

This press comes with five of the 11oz mug elements (XP7069E) designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 75mm and 85mm.

Depending on the element used, this machine will press standard ceramic mugs (excluding enamel style) and water bottles.

Additional and replacement mug elements are available (as below) for the Xpres HPD 5 Station Mug Press to allow the pressing of different sized drinkware and cylindrical sublimation items.

XP7069E – 9oz Element designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 65mm and 74mm

XP7069E – 11oz Element designed to accept most drinkware with a diameter between 75mm and 85mm

*For consistent results it's suggested to press 20mm from both ends of the mug element and 5mm from both the top and bottom of the mug. Anything outside of this may be possible but will require additional customer testing
