SG1000 Virtuoso Printer Versiflex Standard Install Kit Deal
Using the reliable Sawgrass SG1000 with innovative VersiFlex inks and different papers, the system allows custom decoration of a variety of materials, providing a seamless transition between sublimation paper and VersiFlex light paper to provide endless opportunities for personalisation. Versiflex eliminates the need for multiple machines, reducing start-up and operating costs without complicated setup steps.
Using the complete VersiFlex system, you can decorate a variety of materials, including fabrics such as cotton, linen, nylon, and canvas; uncoated wood and stone; and poly-coated products like mugs, tumblers, and signage. VersiFlex will work on a variety of colours, but is not recommended for use with dark colours such as black, navy, burgundy, dark green, etc.
For VersiFlex Light paper, it’s advised to instantly peel following pressing, using protective gloves due to the heat retained in the substrate. For pressing advice, please see here.
The deal comes with Cyan, Magenta and Yellow 31ml VersiFlex inks with any black and dark colours made from a combination of CMY. Due to this, if comparing with traditional sublimation colours from Sawgrass SubliJet HD inks, black and dark colours will not be as deep.

Please note: Results may vary depending on the specific material, finish, and surface preparation. We recommend testing on a sample piece before full production, particularly with natural materials like wood and stone, as surface texture, porosity, and colour can affect final results.
Xpres provides unrivalled support for all Xpres customers. Related to VersiFlex, Xpres can support users with sublimation products as we do now; however, for other substrates, due to the vast amount of different substrate options the user has, we are not able to test and guarantee the process works with them all. Therefore, for items other than sublimation, it is advised for the user to perform their own testing.
